Do you want to be a Yoga Instructor?

Are you a yoga enthusiast? Is it the only time in your day when you feel centered, calm and self-aware? Does it feel at each session you are undoing the mental and spiritual wear on your body from the rest of the day? Then how would you like to feel that way all day while instructing others to feel the same? On a VocationVacations® dream job holiday with Lori McAlister as a yoga instructor, you can learn how to make a career out of instilling an inner sense of balanced calm and tranquility in yourself and others.

Lori began her career as a dancer in New York City. In addition to dancing, she also enjoyed practicing yoga, and found it as a way to explore herself and, as she says, “get back into my body and out of my head.” She became a certified instructor and, on the side of her current job, began substitute-teaching at yoga studios and offering one-on-one instruction.

She saw how much better for her body and soul yoga was compared to her other career and continued looking for more yoga instruction opportunities. Before she knew it, her talent was in such high demand she was teaching 14 classes a week and working more than full time! She then quit her other jobs and focused entirely on her true calling, practicing and teaching yoga.

With passionate dedication, yoga can be easy to teach, requires little or no equipment and only a moderate amount of time to train and get certified. Lori’s expertise and knowledge of yoga allowed her to build a successful instruction business from the ground-up, and she can help you do the same to make your dream of becoming a yoga instructor a reality.
